First trail, in what will be a series of single-track trails here. Trail entrance is just off to the right of the park gazebo. Currently 3.4 miles of what will be 5, to the campsite along the Myakka River. TRAIL IS NOW FINSIHED. Beautiful views of Myakka River.
I-75 to exit 191. South on River rd. Left onto East River Rd. North entrance to Myakka State Forest is about 1 mile on the right.
